into the 2nd month of the year already!
schools should be finishing up on Friday for a week but … just to let you know
that all of our classes are still ON in the holidays so looking forward to
seeing you if you can make it.

soooo glad we’re back in Craiglockhart church hall again this week. Phew! You’ll
know that if you were at our class last week in Waterside SC, then by the time
the slimmers and the last of the leaders eventually left, it was 8.05/8/15pm! It was a joke (not very funny though). We did actually start our class while one of
the slimmers was still being weighed (around 7.45pm when the class was supposed
to finish at 7.30pm) and I’m sure that
they weren’t very ...

always such a lot of pre-planning, work and stuff to do but it’s all worth it
to see everyone and celebrate together.

We finished up on Fri 13 December so there are no classes now till 7 Jan but want to thank you for being part of our Complementary Fitness team and coming to, and taking part in our classes this year; it wouldn’t have been the same without you.
I hope that you’ve enjoyed our various workouts, had fun, enjoyed the social aspect of our classes too and felt that you improved your fitness, strength & flexibility.

As you know, this is our last week of 2019 classes and I

Please try to come to as many classes this week as you
can even though we don’t actually have a class on Thursday night because Dreghorn
Loan hall is being used for the General Election. Instead, please come to our Tuesday (or
Wed/Fri) class ...

notice (or know that) our December Tuesday 7.30pm and Thursday 7pm classes are
candlelight classes (for the last 20 minutes of each class so please bring your
tea lights and holders and something warm to keep cozy when relaxing and
stretching on the floor).

class and although no class on Thurs 12 Dec ...
got this week of all classes ‘as normal’ then another 2 weeks and finish up on
Friday 13 December. As I mentioned last week
though, because of the General Election on Thurs 12 Dec, there’s no class that
night but again, please try to come to another class that week if you normally
come to our Thursday class.
