It’s No Smoking Day on 11 March. If you or someone you know smokes and wants to give up, there’s help and advice at www.nosmokingday.org.uk

Seeds: pumpkin seeds are rich in minerals and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Sunflower seeds are a good source of B complex vitamins. These seeds help to ease stress and calm the nervous system.
Flex seeds are high in soluble fibre which help keep bowels regular.
Add more seeds into your diet by sprinkling some over salads, cereals, in yoghurt or chia seed pudding (see previous Newsletters for the recipe).

Something to think about:
There are also spaces in Nicola’s Insanity class on Thursday 6.30pm in Dreghorn Loan Hall. Nicola demonstrates modifications/easier options which a lot of us take. Bring your mat and water, wear trainers and improve your fitness, strength and endurance – only £4 per class.
