Fitness Pilates Info:
Complementary Fitness Pilates classes are for men and women (not pregnancy though). They’re functional, active, strength building classes for all levels including beginners.

You can work at your own pace, to the best of your ability and you can make the classes work for you – there are options to modify exercises ie easier or more challenging. After the warm up, feel free to bring hand held weights (or not) to add more intensity to your workout.

Booking and paying up front for a whole 6 week block guarantees your space and ensures that you continue to attend and achieve your goals. However, it’s fine to attend on a PAYG basis if you can’t commit to a whole block.

LIFESTYLE AND WELLNESS

It’s not too late to join our current 6 week block courses of Functional Active Fitness Pilates classes which started last week on Tuesdays at 7.30 pm and/or Thursdays 7 or 8pm.
Cost reduced and now only £30 for each 6 week block (guarantees your place) or you can turn up and PAYG £5 per class.
ALL classes cost in a month is £45

Did you know?
That I’m a Complementary Therapist and have been for over 12 years. I’m qualified in the following therapies: Swedish Massage, Sports and Remedial Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology, On Site Massage, Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi candle treatments).
Initially years ago when I started up my older website and called it Complementary Fitness, (Complementary for the therapies and Fitness for….. my fitness business) it was because I was going to incorporate both my businesses on the one website but I decided to just focus on the fitness side.

Anyway, I still go into an office twice a month to give staff the above treatments and occasionally see some clients at my home too. I just wanted to let you know that I’m offering Reflexology, Massage and Hopi candle treatments if you want to make an appointment. Email me for details etc.
