Make Your Own Yoghurt With Coconuts– MindBodyGreen/Dr Alejandra Carrasco
Ever looked at the ingredient list of your yoghurt, or yoghurt alternative?
They’re full of sugar and other fillers and thickeners!
Here’s an easy, kid friendly recipe that is very popular. It’s delicious, full of healthy fat and phytonutrients, and has no added sugar or preservatives.
· ½ can of organic coconut milk
· ½ packet organic coconut cream
· 1 bag of frozen organic berries
Add all ingredients into a blender and mix.
Keeps well in a mason jar and tastes great sprinkled with nuts or ground flax seeds.
Refrigerate and enjoy

Something to think about
Just because it’s low in calories, doesn’t mean it’s healthy.
Just because it’s high in calories, doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy.

7 Rules of Life:
Make peace with the past so it won’t screw up the present.
What others think of you is none of your business.
Time heals almost everything, give it time.
Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
Stop thinking too much, it’s alright not to know the answers – they will come to you when you least expect it.
No one is in charge of your happiness – except you.
Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world.

Your jar of happiness
Starting NOW/in January, write all the good things that happen to you on little pieces of paper ie surprise gifts, accomplished goals, the beauty of nature, “LOL” moments, memories worth saving, daily blessings etc and put all these little pieces of paper in a jar and keep filling it up. Then on 31 December, open the jar and read all the amazing things that happened to you in 2013.
Get yourself a jar, start now. Here’s the 1st thing to write on a piece of paper: “Susan thinks I’m amazing – she loves having me in her classes” (I mean it). Go on, do it now.

Did you know?
It takes courage to grow up and be who you really are.

Muscle is more dense than fat so the scales are not always the best way to measure fat loss.

    I really enjoyed the class last night (Thurs Pilates) – it was more energetic than I was expecting for some reason , but I preferred that. I think it will show results that way. I’m not feeling any pain at all today so hopefully I wasn’t as unfit as I thought.
    Thank you also for your advice on diet, relaxation and exercise – I shall certainly follow it as much as I can.
    The class was just what I was looking for – and I’m looking forward to attending each week. I appreciate that you are so interested in me and my attempts to improve my fitness and health”
