Newsletter – 27 August 2012
Hi and Welcome to this week’s Complementary Fitness Newsletter
We’re having a break this week so there are no fitness and lifestyle classes, put your feet up, chill, relax and have a look at the new term fitness classes timetable below to improve your fitness, health and wellbeing.
Details of COMPLEMENTARY FITNESS classes are on the Classes page:
Remember to *Book your place in the new term 6 week block of Complementary Fitness Fitness Pilates classes starting Tuesdays 7.30 pm from 4 Sept and Thursdays 7pm or 8pm from 6 Sept.
Committing to and paying for a whole block/both blocks up front, means you’re more likely to attend and to achieving your fitness goals. You can also pay as you go in these classes too, just turn up, be ready to work out, enjoy yourself and get fit too.
*Put Wednesdays and Fridays 9.30 am in your diary and attend Body Conditioning and Cardio Fit classes from 5 & 7 Sept too – they’re PAYG £5 per class, no need to book your place.
*Encourage your friends, colleagues, neighbours and everyone you know to join all our classes as they’re for men and women.
Did you know that..
Pilates aims to strengthen from the inside out. Deeper-lying muscles are responsible for stabilising joints and maintaining posture which makes Pilates a very useful method of gaining strength, fitness and wellbeing. Emphasis is placed on a strong core – deep abdominal and back muscles. In Fitness Pilates classes, we also strengthen gluteal muscles, leg muscles and shoulder girdle. Come and join our classes.

Wheatgrass juice contains an abundance of nutrients: Vitamins A, B complex, E, magnesium and it’s one of the richest sources of chlorophyll on the planet. Enjoy all the benefits for just over £1 per day (for a single 1oz/28ml shot) when you order from www.livewheatgrass.co.uk (I bought 6 months worth of frozen wheatgrass shots from this company and have one every morning). Read about all the benefit from the website link.

I shared this with the Be The Change: Invest In You group (week 6) and thought I’d share it with everyone – click on the link www.HungryForChange.tv/the-power-of-love
Something to think about…
The definition of true success – “success means having the courage, the determination and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be” – George Sheehan.
If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.
It takes courage to push yourself to places that you have never been before… to test your limits… to break through barriers. And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin
Whenever you meet someone, no matter how briefly, do you acknowledge them by giving them your full attention?
I have found that the greatest degree of inner peace comes from cultivating love and compassion – Dalai Lama
Count to 10 (or 50) before doing something you might regret.
Be open to new ideas.
Your life is a result of the choices you make. If you don’t like your life, it’s time to start making better choices.
If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.
Be the type of person that you want to meet.
