Recipes (funny how a lot of the recipes that I pin/share have chocolate in the… hmm)
Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Mousse (serves 4)
2 avocados (Use one avocado for more silky mousse and 2 for thicker more fudge mousse.),
6-8 dates, soaked and pitted, 1 cup raw cacao powder,
1/3 cup grade B maple syrup, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, dash of cinnamon
dash of Himalayan sea salt, *optional – red pepper flakes

1. Combine ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blend until silky smooth texture. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times. 2. Serve room temperature or chilled and top with sea salt and/or red pepper flakes. 3. Enjoy!

Super Energizing Chocolate and Peanut Banana Smoothie
(serves 1) By Pauline Hanuise/KrisCarr.com
1 small banana
1 handful raw peanuts or 1 tablespoon peanut butter), 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder,
1 heaped teaspoon maca powder, 1 handful cacao beans or nibs, 1 cup almond milk,
1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder, 1 pinch unrefined sea salt,
1 pinch cinnamon (optional as an extra, I also added ¼ tsp E3 Live powder that I ordered from Aggressive Health – it has more than 65 vitamins, minerals, amino acids and EFAs)

1. Keep a few cacao nibs and peanuts on the side for topping and blend all ingredients in your high-speed blender. 2. Serve in a nice glass and sprinkle spare cacao nibs and peanuts on top.
Here’s ‘one I made earlier’ this week – it was delicious..
