Normally I ask you to go to the Classes page for class times, dates etc but because of some changes and updates, I thought I’d put them all on here too…

COMPLEMENTARY FITNESS CLASSES

Craiglockhart Parish Church Hall, Craiglockhart Drive North, Edinburgh
TUESDAYS 7.30 pm FITNESS PILATES
Join us if you’re ready to/continue to strengthen your core, improve strength and posture.
Current classes on till 23 June, join us this week and next (No class on 30 June)
Summer block 7 July – 18 Aug – book up now.

Classes in Dreghorn Loan Church Hall, Dreghorn Loan, Colinton, Edinburgh
WEDNESDAYS 9.30 am RESISTANCE TRAINING WORKOUT
Wear trainers, bring your resistance band, hand weights, mat and water, work out with us and improve your fitness, strength, metabolism etc. Current class on till 24 June.
(No classes on 1 or 8 July).

Summer classes on 15 July – 19 August and note that on 15 + 22 July, classes are in the Dell Room, Colinton Parish Church, all other classes back in Dreghorn Loan Hall.

THURSDAYS 7.30pm FITNESS PILATES
Our classes are on till 25 June so join us this week and next to help you firm up, tone, strengthen, lengthen and improve core muscles so come and join us.
(No class on 2 July)

Our Summer classes are from 9 July – 20 August but please note that on 9, 16 + 23 July, we’ll be in the Dell Room as above, other classes back in Dreghorn.

FRIDAY 9.30 am FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA STRETCH
To help you improve your core, strength, posture, balance + flexibility.
Stretch, improve and enjoy. Classes on till 26 June.
(No class on 3 or 10 July)

Summer classes 17 July – 21 August (please note that on 17 + 24 July, our class is in the Dell Room as above, all other classes back in Dreghorn.

Bring a yoga mat and water to all classes along with your enthusiasm and energy.

Did you know that…
As you’ll have read above, our classes finish up on Friday 26 June.
We then normally have 6 weeks of summer classes but I’ve also managed to book 2 extra classes on Tue 7 + Thursday
9 July. These are our 7.30pm Fitness Pilates classes in Craiglockhart Large Hall (Tue) and in the Dell Room, Colinton Parish Church rooms (Thurs). These will be £5 PAYG classes.
There are no classes on Wed 8 or Fri 10 July.

Then our Summer classes starts on Tue 14 July until Fri 21 August.
They’re all our classes on a Wed & Fri at 9.30am classes and Tue & Thurs 7.30pm Fitness Pilates.

However, you’re probably wondering why some classes are in the Dell Room, Colinton Parish Church Rooms and some are in Dreghorn Loan Hall – well, I had a phone call from the Hall Convenor who said that Dreghorn Loan Hall is being decorated between 29 June and 24 July so we can’t the Loan Hall for our classes during those dates.
However, our classes are still on.
So have a look at the dates and venues again above and note them in your diary now so no confusion. But basically, Wed, Thurs + Fri classes up 9 July then 15 – 24 July (incl 24/7) are in the Dell Room and classes from 29 July – 21 August are back in Dreghorn Loan Hall. I’ll remind you nearer the time. Phew!!

Nicola’s news: Nicola’s moving from Edinburgh soon to live near Stirling and to take up a full time post there. She’s really excited about it and of course I/we’ll really miss her. So there’s still time to get to one of her classes (see above) this week and next.
