Some time in January We’re also hoping to organise a lunch in January when it’s quieter and we can organise that nearer the time. It’ll give us a chance to look forward to next year’s challenges and opportunities.
Something to think about:
Sip a little hot water every 3-5 minutes with a little fresh lemon squeezed in it. You can grate the lemon rind (unwaxed) in the water too but definitely squeeze some fresh lemon in the hot water. Sip every 5 mins for an hour or two. Do this at least twice a day. It acts like a pumjp in your body and cleans out your lymph. The more filtered your system is, the more dilute the toxins become and this makes you feel better. You might notice you’re more hydrated and have more energy too. Give it a try. (*from an article by Dr Suzy Cohen)
If you get sugar cravings, here’s a secret weapon to beat them – scoop out 1 heaped tablespoon of raw, virgin coconut oil and eat after lunch or whenever you feel a craving coming on. It’s one of the best blood-sugar balancers and makes a nutty chocolate treat if you mix it with cacao powder.
