Did you know that…
* this Thursday 7 May, our 7.30pm Fitness Pilates class will be in The Dell Room, Colinton Parish Church Rooms, Dell Road (EH13 0JR) (instead of Dreghorn Loan Hall – because the hall is being used for the Election) I hope that you’ll come and join us. The Dell Room is lovely, with big windows overlooking the Dell so it’s nice and peaceful. There are around 3 car parking spaces but you might find it easier to walk down or park in Westgarth Avenue or Thorburn Road and walk from there. You can walk down the steps beside Colinton Inn or walk down to the Royal Bank of Scotland, down Spylaw Street, over the bridge and you’ll come to the church.
We’re in there, on the ground level. Please bring your yoga mat and water as usual.

Starts this Wednesday 6 May: Express Combat Workout – Colinton Mains Community Centre.
Class only £3.

Thursday 6.30pm HIIT (high intensity interval training – Insanity class) NOT ON this Thursday because of the Election BUT will be on next Thurs 14 May in Dreghorn Loan Hall, class £4.
Nicola demonstrates modifications/easier options in all her classes so they’re for everyone.
