Did you know that…
We’ve got all classes on this week and for the next 3 weeks.
We finish up on Fri 16 Dec so make sure that you attend as many classes as you can to get fit for the festive season.
It’s been a quick year so far with lots of challenges, progress, ups, downs (are those just the push ups??) and lots of fun too. Let’s continue, keep going and keep moving forward. Hopefully, the best is still to come.

I’m also trying to arrange our Fitness lunch and thinking Monday 12 December.
For those who regularly come to our classes and would like to join us, please get in touch and let me know and I can add your name. In the summer, we went to Las Iguanas, George St and we all enjoyed lunch and being together.
I’m thinking that we could either go back there OR Café Andaluz, Geo St or Zizzi in Queensferry St.
All are centrally located for buses but we’ll need to get booked up soon if we’ve got enough numbers to go out for lunch. Mon 12 Dec is 3 weeks today! Coming round fast .. as always so let’s work up (work out) an appetite.

It was ‘Stir Up Sunday’ yesterday – did you make your cake this year? Have you got a favourite recipe – please share your recipe with us, what your final design will be and any photos, thanks.

Something to think about:
Don’t give up on your workouts/classes just because it’s cold or dark outside. Continue to show up, improve and be part of our team.

I still love this… ‘you’re only one workout away from a good mood’ and ‘be stronger than your excuses’.

If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday, no longer matters. Today’s another day so get back on track and move closer to your dreams and goals. You can do it.
