WEDNESDAYS 9.30 am CORE RESISTANCE
THURSDAY 7.00pm FITNESS PILATES/YOGA
FRIDAY 9.30 am FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA

I got an email back from The Pantry who said that unfortunately, they can’t accommodate us for coffee and cake after our class on Fri 15 Dec.
I then went down to The Swing and they’d be happy to accommodate us. I said that there may be 20 of us and they said they’d have enough cake etc for us to enjoy.
I also phoned The Brasserie at Swanston Golf Club as suggested and they’ve put aside enough tables/seats for 20 of us for coffee and cake.
So if you’d like to join us, can you let me know where you’d prefer to go (The Swing or Brasserie at Swanston) – the decision may depend on whether we just walk down to Colinton Parish Church straight from the class OR take our cars to the golf club.
Either way, I’d need to cancel one of our bookings and I’d also like to know how many of you would like to join us if that’s ok. Please let me know your preference asap, thanks.

The last few years Colinton Village Events have organised ‘Christmas On The Corner’ mid December and although it sounds fun with live music performances, mulled wine etc, it’s had an impact on the numbers in our class that night. This year, the event is on Thursday 14 December from 6.30 – 8.30pm and I’m sure that it’ll be a great success again so for that reason, I’ve decided it’s probably not worth having our 7pm class that night.
So our last Thursday Fitness Pilates/Yoga class will be on 7 Dec but all other classes finish up on Friday
15 December.

We usually have ‘Pilates by Candlelight’ classes on a Tuesday and Thursday in December too and I plan to still do that on Tue 5, Thurs 7 and Tue 12 December – I’ll remind you nearer the time. What happens though is: we still do our active warm up, work on our strength, core, posture, flexibility etc then for the last 20 minutes of these classes, we’ll light our tea light/candle and relax, breathe and stretch to some lovely relaxing music.
I always look forward to Pilates / Yoga by Candlelight December classes and know that you do too.
