According to a recent study, slouching increases feelings of stress. Researchers instructed half a group to slump and half to sit upright. They were then given a stressful test to complete. The good posture group reported less stress, fewer negative thoughts and better self esteem. Come and work out with us in our classes to improve your posture.

A 25 year study found that women who ate more vegetables, particularly leafy green types like kale, spinach and cabbage, showed less age related memory decline.
