Did you know that…
Our current term of classes finish up on Friday 26 June.
Then join us for our 7.30pm Fitness Pilates classes on Tue 7 July in Craiglockhart Large Hall and Thurs 9 July in Dreghorn Loan Hall. These will be £5 PAYG classes.
Sorry but I can’t get the Loan Hall on Wed 8 or Fri 10 July as the hall is booked out already.

Then our 6 week Summer classes starts on Tue 14 July till Fri 21 August so that’s our Wed & Fri 9.30am classes and Tue & Thurs 7.30pm Fitness Pilates, ALL classes.

There’s a website called and also an App where you can do easy meditation exercises that only take 10 minutes a day. They’re guided easy to follow meditations and they make such a difference.
You’ll feel totally different after the 10 minutes than you did before you did each one.
Sign up, and you can buddy up with someone or a few people.
After the 10 minutes for 10 days, you can choose to subscribe or not.

    I love classes, especially Wednesday’s 6.30pm Express Combat class. I love all the jabs, kicks and shuffles. Great music too and the 30 minute class just goes by really quickly. Monday’s Express Metafit class and Thursday’s Insanity classes are also great for speeding up metabolism, improving fitness levels, endurance and Nicola is such a great motivating instructor.
