Wow, November already and week 4 in our 6 week block of classes!
How’s your fitness and are you achieving your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals? What changes do you want to make? Join our classes NOW and come and work out with us to help you improve your fitness and health.
All classes are for men and women (except pregnancy). Updated class details are on the Classes page.

Did you know?– that on each of my pages on my website, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and see my Tweets and re-tweets – even if you’re not on Twitter yourself!!
– that if you read my weekly newsletters on my website (on the News, Stay Updated button) and click ‘continue reading’, then, you can scroll right down on that page and you can add a Comment which I can receive. You’ll need to add your name (even your first name) and your email address (if you don’t want this to be seen by anyone, I can easily change it to email@example.com) type in a comment in the Your Comments box then click ‘Add Comment’ which I will receive. Go on, write a comment about: the newsletter or the classes or any information in the newsletter or anything. Let me know if it’s ok to publish the comment (ie put it on the website so everyone can view it – OR just email me comments/feedback and I’ll add it myself on the website if ok. Thanks.
– that you can now pay £49 monthly and attend as many Complementary Fitness classes as you like in the month. There are 23 classes in November that you can attend to help you get fit, strong, toned and supple. (FYI: only 2 weeks of classes in December, the cost will be £25). If you can attend morning classes and would like to try a Fitness Pilates evening class, this would be a great opportunity for you to different styles of class and a great way to improve your fitness. Let me know if you too would like to take up this offer.

Complementary Fitness pre-Christmas Lunch
From those who’ve got back to me re a possible date for our pre-Xmas lunch, it seems that Monday 10 December is a good date for most. We’re going to David Bann’s Vegetarian Restaurant, St Mary Street and could book it for 1pm – if you regularly attend our classes, please let me know if you’d like to join us, thanks. www.davidbann.com
