Did you know that
During the week, I put a new infographic Article about intermittent fasting on the Articles page of my website all about eating fewer healthy calories over a 6-8 hour period. The article talks about doing this 2 or 3 times a week for the health benefits that are explained. Have a look and let me know what you think.

Something to think about:
If you buy bottled water, and if you buy water in plastic bottles, have a look at this info first. You might want to change to buying water in glass bottles.

Cacao Peanut Butter Protein Truffle Balls recipe – so easy, tasty + delicious
Blend together: 3T (tablespoons) peanut butter, 7 medjool dates, 3 tsp cacao powder, 3 tsp chia seeds, 1 ½ scoops protein powder.
When mixed, roll tablespoonfuls of mix into truffle balls and enjoy.cacao PB protein balls classes:

Nicola demonstrates modifications/easier options in all her classes so they’re for everyone.

Easter is on the way too so let’s pre-work off Easter celebrations, chocolate eggs, cake etc in advance.
Just to let you know that our Fitness Yoga class is still on this Friday – Good Friday and I hope that you’ll join us. All our classes are on too over the Easter holidays and I hope to see you in as many classes as you can attend.
