This is week 2 of our 3 week pre Christmas classes which are on until 14/12. Come and join our classes, work out with us if you want to improve your fitness, health and feel better and have more energy NOW. All classes are for men and women and details are on the Classes page.

Did you know?
– Next Monday (10 Dec) is our pre-Christmas lunch, David Bann’s Vegetarian Restaurant www.davidbanns.com at 1pm. If you regularly attend our fitness classes and would like to join us (and you haven’t already given me your name) let me know asap if you’d like to come and join us. I’ll need to let the restaurant know our exact numbers by this Friday 7 Dec at the latest.
– This is our penultimate week of 2012 Complementary Fitness classes – where has this year gone? Time flies by so fast but let’s look to the future…. New Year, New You – did you know that there are 4 weeks of classes in January 2013 (less one day but who’s counting?), and if like me, after some time off enjoying the Festive season, you’re planning to regain your fitness, strength, posture and toned body, you could attend all the classes that you can. Just to let you know that you can opt to start a monthly payment plan where you get to attend ALL our fitness classes in a month and the cost is only £49. If you normally attend one of my classes a week, you might think about upping it to 2, 3 or 4 classes a week (you might want to work up to that AND get the time off too!!). This would give you the option to attend the Wednesday and Friday 9.30 am classes and the Tuesday and Thursday Fitness Pilates classes. There are 19 classes in January (incl 2 on a Thursday evening) – and if you attend them all, it works out at just a touch over £2.50 a class – bargain! Let me know if you’re interested and would like to sign up.
– Your 2013 Passport to Complementary Fitness and health starts with classes from Tue 8 January. Commit to fitness and health in the New Year for a New Healthy, Fit You. You can book your place/s in Tuesday and/or Thursday’s 6 week blocks of Fitness Pilates classes now too. Put all the new class dates in your new diary and prepare to get yourself fit, strong, healthy, happy and confident. Each 6 week block of Fitness Pilates classes costs £39 or you can PAYG £8 per class.

Next week’s Fitness Pilates classes are ‘Pilates by Candlelight’ classes so bring your tea light and holder with you and we’ll chill out, relax and stretch more at the end of classes.
