Hi and Welcome to this week’s Complementary Fitness Newsletter

Apart from all our other classes, I hope you’ll join us on Wednesday for our spooky Halloween Workout– details of all our classes are on the Classes Page.

Who else would like to look and feel at your best this autumn? If you would, then come and join our classes NOW, sign up, come along and work out with us. All classes are for men and women.
Prepare to get yourself fit for little black/glitzy dress season.

Did you know?

– that you can now pay £49 monthly and attend as many Complementary Fitness morning and evening classes as you like in the month. eg in November, there are 23 classes that you can attend to help you get fit, strong, toned and supple. (FYI: because there are only 2 weeks of classes in December, the cost will be £25). If you can attend morning classes and would like to try a Fitness Pilates evening class, this would be a great opportunity for you to different styles of class and a great way to improve your fitness. Let me know if you too would like to take up this offer.

– that the herb ashwagandha can help fight the adverse effects of Alzheimer’s disease? A study published in 2010 relealed that ashwaganda can help manage cell damage in the brain by providing more potent antioxidant protection than vitamins A, C and E.
