Do you naturally enjoy exercising/working out? Or do you make/force yourself exercise and attend a class knowing that it’ll do you good and that you’ll feel better afterwards and enjoy the benefits?

I recently bought a Nutribullet (thanks Mandy for recommending that I should get one) and have read lots of articles about how coffee is good for you before a workout. I also love ‘superfoods’ and came across a recipe involving both which will kick start your morning. I’m going to give it a try before this week’s morning classes (I don’t drink coffee, even decaf in the afternoons/evenings). If you haven’t got a nutribullet, it’s soooo good so I’d recommend getting one (Amazon). If you opt for the deluxe one, you get a hardback book giving you lots of recipes, nutrition info and loads more.
The ingredients are: 1 cup of brewed coffee, 1 tbls cacao powder or nibs, ½ banana, 1 tsp goji berries, 1 handful of almonds, 1 tsp chia seeds and 1 scoop protein powder.

    I have been going to Susan’s Fitness Pilates class once a week for the last 6 months or so and I would just like to say how wonderful it has been for my whole body. I do a lot of running and cycling and have always had various aches and pains as well as lower back problems. These classes have definitely helped with my overall body condition and reduced the number of aches that I have. You get a great work out every week and always come away feeling better, mentally and physically. Sadly I will be moving house and will no longer be able to attend these wonderful classes. Hopefully I will be able to find something comparable. Thank you Susan.
