I hope you’re well and enjoying all of Complementary Fitness classes.
As you know, they’re social, community classes where you get to meet and make great friends, have fun and work on becoming fitter and healthier so keep attending regular classes for more.

Bananas contain magnesium. In their book, The Happiness Diet, Tyler Graham and Dr Drew Ramsey state, “increasing magnesium levels in the brain improves memory and learning, while a deficiency can lead to depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and fatigue.

Kiwi fruits are high in Vitamin C, fibre, potassium, rich in folate, Vitamin E, good for the immune system, good source of manganese and may prevent muscle soreness. Buy organic fruits if you can – no pesticides.
Here’s a recipe for Grape Kiwi Goodness smoothie:
3 peeled and chopped organic kiwi fruits, ½ cup fresh or frozen grapes, ¾ cup 100% organic fruit juice (apple or grape) and ½ cup almond milk. Combine and blend in blender.

Something to think about
Karma – When people insult you, don’t take offence, don’t take it personally but do listen to their words.
