30 minute rule – no matter how busy you are, take 30 minutes each day just for yourself.
Go for a walk, plan healthy meals, or simply relax and recharge. You’re not being selfish, you need the time to focus on your well-being. After all, if you’re not healthy, how can you take care of anyone else.

Take time to sit in stillness and hear your inner voice.

Study reveals why dark chocolate is good for you (yesssss)

Goji Berry and Orange Smoothie: 2 cups of fresh still spring water, 2 oranges peeled, 2 handfuls (organic) goji berries, 1 banana. Place all the ingredients into your blender and blitz for around 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a long, tall glass and top with some remaining goji berries or a slice of fresh orange and enjoy

Raw Vegan Banana Hemp Seed Sushi Slices (from
1 banana, 1-2 tbsp peanut (or other nut) butter, 1-2 tbsp organic shelled hemp seeds (from Real Foods/Holland & Barrett). Peel the banana and spread the nut butter over the top then sprinkle hemp seeds on top and slice banana into bite size pieces. Great for adults and kids.
