Here’s some feedback from Kirsty and Leigh who’ve just completed their first 6 week block of Fitness Pilates classes…(thanks)

“Have I enjoyed your class? That’s a no brainer, I love your class.
My fitness levels have definitely improved and I feel stronger. When I first tried to do the superman exercise, it was difficult enough just raising a leg, never mind my opposite arm! Now I can do that exercise on one side and I am working on the other.
The thing I enjoy most about your class is that it’s always changing, every week it is different. There is always a new exercise or a variation of one that I haven’t tried yet. I am never bored or clock watching” (Kirsty)

“Oh my butt is aching today. Feel my age when I get of my seat 🙂
I have really enjoyed the pilates class and have noticed a difference in my balance and also being more aware of my posture. Also my legs are a lot stronger when I run. This is great in such a short space of time.
I like the way the class varies from week to week as there’s always some exercises that you like and don’t like. Well, I wouldn’t say don’t like, more like I struggle with”. (Leigh)

Just close your eyes. Breathe. Stop whatever you’re doing for 10 seconds and find The Silence. Visit The Quiet. Just for 10 seconds. Do it 6 times today. One minute a day. That’s all it takes. One minute divided into 6 parts. Go ahead, do it now. (Neale Donald Walsch – NDW)

Did you know?
The McRib (McDonalds): 70 ingredients all restructured into one
Did you know that the McRib is processed with 70 different ingredients which include azodicarbonamide, a flour-bleaching agent often used in producing foamed plastics? McRib’s are basically “restructured meat technology” containing a mixture of tripe, heart, and scalded stomach. Proteins are extracted from this muscle mixture and they bind the pork trimmings together so they can be moulded in a factory. The McRib is really just a moulded blob of restructured meat, advertised and sold like fresh ribs. There’s nothing real about it, the preparation or the substance. In fact, McRibs really came about because of a chicken shortage. The restructured meat technology approach kept the McRib on the menu, despite the shortage, and the profits continued rolling in.
