Hi and Welcome to this Complementary Fitness Newsletter
It’s a brand new week of fitness + exercise classes so come and join us.
All classes are for men and women and details are on the Classes page

There are still spaces available if you’d like to join us on Tuesdays 7.30 pm class and/or Thursdays 7 or 8pm classes in our current Functional, Active Fitness Pilates classes above.

Fresh and loose OR tea bags: Many tea bags are sold in tea bags these days. Napiers herbal teas are not and there are good reasons why not. A teabag only contains around 2 or 3 grams of very dry, finely chopped or powdered herbs. They believe that not chopping herbs into tiny pieces, which dries out their natural oils, helps to preserve their beneficial goodness. It also gives you control to have it as strong or as weak as you like.
There are of course many other loose teas on the market to try too.
