** Please, please, please let me know…
Just wondering what type of class would bring everyone back to our Friday 9.30 am class as numbers have been going down. I usually alternate between 6 weeks of ‘aerobics’ then 6 weeks of Fitness Salsa then 6 weeks of Kettlebell but wonder if a different style of class would suit more people (sorry I don’t teach zumba). I’d love your suggestions if you can attend a Friday 9.30am class and would go with the majority.

Suggestions could be: Friday Strength and Conditioning // Friday Fitness Yoga // 3-Way Split
ie Strength-Cardio-Stretch class.

Low Friday morning numbers could be because of holidays OR people can’t now attend on a Friday anymore OR they’re going elsewhere ie a gym or the majority don’t like alternating between the 6 week of classes (aerobics, cardio, kettlebell) and maybe you’d prefer to keep to ONE type of class.

Could you please give me some feedback? Let me know if you can come to our class on a Friday 9.30am and if so, what your suggestions and preference would be. Thank You.
I don’t want to give Friday morning classes up.

There are still spaces available if you’d like to join us on Tuesdays 7.30 pm class and/or Thursdays 7 or 8pm classes in our current Functional, Active Fitness Pilates classes above.

Take a moment and appreciate how strong you are.

Might not be tonight, tomorrow or the next day but everything’s gonna be ok.

And again, if you can attend our classes on a Friday morning at 9.30 am, please let me kow what style of class you’d like to attend on a regular basis, thanks very much.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
