Something to think about
Health and fitness are important and I love to make fitness a positive and enjoyable part of your life and road to wellness, health and vitality.

Short, medium and long term fitness – keep focusing on short term fitness goals and accomplishments to help you achieve your medium and long term goals.

No instant fixes: As you know, there’s nothing instant about fitness, it doesn’t happen over night, it takes time and commitment.
Health and well-being are a process of trying your best every day, making small increments and not beating yourself up if you don’t get it 100% right (if that is indeed possible). Slip ups are bound to happen – after all, we’re only human!
Just get back on track when they happen and don’t give up.

Congratulate yourself on your successes no matter how big/small they are.
Be kind to yourself and keep things in perspective and try to be as positive as you can.

Being flexible increases your range of movement too. You’ll see improvements if you regularly come and join us in our Friday Fitness Yoga Stretch classes at 9.30am.
