No classes on this week or the next 2 weeks (Xmas/New Year weeks) but we start back from Tuesday 6 January.
It’s advisable to book your place in our 7.30pm Tuesday/Thursday New Year, New You Fitness Pilates classes.
Wed & Fri 9.30am classes are drop in, no need to book only £5 each.
I’ll help you improve your posture, balance, strength + flexibility and reduce stress next year in our new classes.
All level classes for men and women (except pregnancy)
