Join us from Tue 5 January to strengthen your core, improve strength & posture.
Classes in the Dreghorn Loan Church Hall, Dreghorn Loan, Colinton
WEDNESDAYS 9.30 am RESISTANCE/BODY CONDITIONING/CORE/COMBAT
Resistance and Strength Training in this New Year class starting Wed 6 January. We’ll work out with hand held weights, a resistance band to strengthen, tone, improve metabolism, build and maintain muscle. We’ll strengthen our core too with a few combat moves. Wear trainers and bring a yoga mat and water, a band and weights if you have them.
THURSDAYS 6.35pm FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA
Freestyle Fitness Yoga returns on Thurs 7 January to strengthen your core, posture, strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat. £5 per class or £8 Special Offer if staying for 7.30pm Fitness Yoga and Pilates.

This class returns on Fri 8 Jan where we’ll work to improve our core, strength, posture, balance and flexibility, we’ll stretch, tone and improve. Turn up and join us then.

Did you know that…
I thoroughly enjoyed our festive Fitness Lunch in the Bisque Brasserie, last week.
There were 20 of us and everyone said that they also enjoyed it and would go back. Good value, good food and good company, thanks for joining us and making it special.
I also wanted to say a big THANK YOU for my lovely, gorgeous festive flower basket arrangement, chocolates and card – I’m soooo lucky, thanks again.
There are no classes until we return on Tuesday 5 January 2016. So we’re having a break for 3 weeks as no one really wants classes until then as we’re all so busy with present hunting, wrapping, organising, shopping etc etc. However I hope that you all have the best Christmas, enjoy yourselves with family and friends and that you also manage to relax and take some time out for yourselves.

Something to think about:
January is the time we all think about getting back to fitness, doing some exercise, thinking about losing a bit of excess weight we may have put on over the Christmas festive period. So just a thought about booking your place in our evening Fitness Yoga or Fitness Pilates classes in advance. You can email me to reserve your place and I’d add you to the class list. If you pay for the whole block in advance or on week 1, your place is guaranteed.
It also saves some time and saves you paying each week, looking for change etc. However, there should still be places and I look forward to working out with you then.
