Fitness Lunch:
Our pre-Christmas/end of year Fitness Lunch has been arranged for Wednesday 17 December at Swanston Golf Club and if you’d like to go, Joan Bennetts (Wed/Fri classes) has arranged it and has the details, menu etc or let me know and I’ll pass on your name to Joan. It’s a menu 3 course menu for £20, looks good.

Last year, some people has asked if we could make our lunch in January when it’s quieter, that it can be so busy in December and sometimes, hard to get booked up. Anyway, in last week’s Newsletter, I asked if some would prefer to go for our lunch in January and quite a few of you have said that you would. We can have a think about a date and venue that suits most people soon or wait till we start back in the new year and arrange it then. Sometimes you just have to pick a date and hope that suits as it’s hard to get everyone together on one particular date. Another thing is: you may of course go to both lunches!!! Yeeaaah and celebrate our achievements this year and look forward to next year’s challenges and opportunities. Get back to me and let me know your thoughts.

This week and next is Circuit Training on Wednesday at 9.30am then it’ll be 3 Fitness Salsa classes on 26/11, 3/12 and 10/12.

Nicola C Fitness
Nicola’s Insanity Sessions are on and you’re very welcome to come and join her/us. Her Insanity workout are on Thursdays at 6.30pm (only £4) in Dreghorn Loan Hall. She also teaches Metafit at 9.15am on Saturday’s in the Meadows (you can meet us at 8.55/9am Stay Central Hotel, Cowgate or meet us 9.10am Peter’s Yard, the Meadows and we’ll walk further down into the Meadows and start at 9.20am for a 30 minute session)
