Please Note that Dreghorn Loan Hall is not now available for our 9.30am classes on Wednesday 19 or Fri 21 February because there will be repairs done on the ceiling that week during the day. I’m trying to make alternative arrangements so that we can keep our classes going on those 2 mornings and will let you know asap. Please let me know if you can / can’t come to these 2 classes for hall letting purposes, thanks.
This does not affect our classes on Thurs 20 Feb, they’re on in Dreghorn Loan Hall as usual – I’ve been assured evening classes won’t be affected that week.

If you do one thing this week……boost your energy with these foods!
Nuts: Cashews, almonds, and hazelnuts are high in magnesium, which plays a key role in converting sugar to energy.
