Live life fully while you’re here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up. You’re going to anyway so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of the problem and eliminate it. Don’t try to be perfect. I’ve been reading The Fast Diet – the 5:2 diet of eating healthily/normally for 5 days and restricting calories to 500 for 2 days of the week and done this for the last 2 weeks and lost a few pounds. My aim isn’t to lose weight necessarily but to gain the many health benefits.
I’ve found this way of eating is easy to do – you always know that you’ll eat ‘normally’ the following day.
