Complementary Fitness – change of class for 6.35pm Thursdays: Fitness Yoga
After 3 weeks of Core Combat, I’ve just decided to change the class to another Freestyle Fitness Yoga class for those who want to join our Yoga class but can’t make Friday mornings. Our Friday yoga class is becoming popular and there are about 4 men who regularly come and join our class too. I’m trying to encourage more guys to come to ALL of classes and it’s great to see them (and the girls/women too) improve week by week, become stronger, fitter and more flexible. Anyway, even though I love combat, our numbers were low – possibly because after a long day at work/home, maybe a hard combat session isn’t top priority? I want to encourage you all to join our new all-level Thursday 6.35pm Fitness Yoga workout/class. Flexibility is just one of the components of physical fitness and as we’re all looking to improve our muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance and work on body fat composition these days, flexibility and stretching can often be forgotten about. Let’s improve all aspects of our fitness and learn to use our breathe more ie the longer our breaths is, our mind should become more clear and calm.
