Our Complementary Fitness classes finished last week for 2018 but our new year Fitness Pilates, Fitness Yoga & resistance/weights classes in Craiglockhart & Colinton, Edinburgh start back from 9 January 2018. To get results in our all level effective classes which aim to help you improve your fitness, strength, stamina, core, posture and flexibility, join us then.
All class details and times below are on the Classes page of my website – no need to book, just turn up and work out with us then (sorry not suitable for pregnancy).

I’m really grateful for your continued support in all Complementary Fitness classes this year and hope that you’ll join us again when we return from Tuesday 9 January. I appreciate that some of you have exercised with me/us for years and some of you have only just joined us. The classes wouldn’t be the same without you and I know that we work hard but you also know that there are options to take when you need/want to.
So a big THANK YOU VERY MUCH for joining us and for all your lovely comments about our classes and how they’re benefitting you.
Thanks to everyone who came to The Swing on Friday after our Fitness Yoga class.
We’d worked off our coffee and cake in advance but anyway, we deserve a wee treat now and then eh?
If you want to, and have time, have a look over the mini videos on my youtube channel and do a couple of minutes of stretching and read over some of the articles on my website again.

As Christmas day is a Monday (ie next Monday – sooo soon), I may/may not send out our usual weekly newsletter but hope to send out for Monday 1 Jan to wish you a happy New Year.
