Just to let you know that after teaching my Fitness yoga class last Friday, my laptop suddenly started playing up big time!!! 😩🤬

It had been slow for a day or two but on Fri afternoon, I had to take it – & leave it – to PC World to fix.
Unfortunately due to COVID, you can’t get in & they’re not fixing laptops in store.
it had to be ‘sent away’ & i wont get it back until Tue 23/2.
so I’m doing this newsletter on my phone!! 

Hopefully, I’ll be able to use my phone for classes on Zoom this week but if there are problems, I’ll let you know. 

I made a delicious blood sugar balancing smoothie at the weekend & if you’d like to make it, here’s what I added to my blender:

6oz almond milk
1/2 cup yoghurt (I used coconut)
1/2 frozen sliced banana 
1T almond butter 
1 scoop protein powder 
1T chia seeds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
1T cacao powder 
pinch of salt
a handful of spinach (optional)
