Nicola’s Insanity class last Thursday raised £150 for Macmillan Cancer Research.
The charity will also receive 25% from Gift Aid on top of that too. Well done and thank you to everyone who came, worked out, donated and supported Nicola and Macmillan Cancer Research.

Our current term of classes finish up on Friday 26 June then I’m off for a week’s holiday in sunny, hot Icmeler, Turkey. I’d normally have the following week off too but just to let you know that I’ve booked Craiglockhart Large Hall and the Dreghorn Loan Hall for our Fitness Pilates classes on Tue 7 and Thurs 9 July at 7.30pm. These will be £5 PAYG classes.

Unfortunately, I can’t get the Loan Hall on Wed 8 or Fri 10 July as the hall is booked out already.
We’ll then have our 6 week Summer ALL classes starting Tue 14 July till Fri 21 August so that’s our Wed & Fri 9.30am classes and Tue & Thurs 7.30pm Fitness Pilates.

I’ve got a NutriBullet and use it most mornings to make protein and other plant based shakes. If you have one too (if not, use a high speed blender), here’s a recipe for a delicious blend: 1 cup greens eg spinach, 1 banana,
½ medium carrot, ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1T shelled hemp seeds and
1T cinnamon.

Please let me know if you’d like to come to our Summer Fitness Lunch. I’ve booked Café Andaluz, 77B George Street for Friday 19 June, 1pm. It’s only 2 weeks on Friday.
So far, one person has let me know that they would like to come and can make that date and I’d like to find out who and how many can join us. Have you been to Café Andaluz before? I’ve been loads of times and it’s a Spanish tapas restaurant, lovely relaxed atmosphere, great choices.
