Welcome to this week’s newsletter & updates:

No classes this week but we start back from Tue 16 May onwards and I look forward to seeing you then. 

 

In the meantime, go back and read last week’s newsletter for the benefits of exercise relating to muscle mass so do some squats, lunges, maybe some planks etc – how does that sound?  It’s ‘homework’ and I know that you will (will you? Ha)

 

To encourage you further, re-read our 24 April newsletter about maintaining and improving bone density by doing those lunges and weight bearing exercise.  It all helps and adds up.

 

This week, I’m certainly doing lots of exercise, loads of classes, walking, jumping, boxing (inc Combat), dancing, yoga, Pilates, LIIT (low impact interval training) stand up paddle boarding, cycling (inc silent bike HIIT ie high intensity and also spin silent disco) but also some relaxing interspersed with lots of eating.

  • With cash ie £6 per class (always best and I have change)
  • Directly into my bank account (if you don’t have my details, email me and I can give you my sort code & business account number).
