Complementary Fitness 16 Nov News

Last Tuesday and Thursday, I had to go with a change of plan and instead of waiting until 6.30pm and doing live online Zoom classes along with you, I recorded each class earlier in the day and my intention is to do the same again this week.

Last week, I sent out an email to those who’d previously joined our live Zoom classes saying that if you intended to log in and join us on either evening, I would send the recording codes (which are different to the join meeting/class codes) for the class/es.

I explained that the class could be done after 6.30pm, later in the evening, sometime during the following day or two and that it would save everyone rushing to log in at 6.20pm and be placed in the Waiting Room and starting at 6.30pm.

The response was great and it all worked really well and it gave everyone the opportunity to do the class at a time/day that best suited them.

I’ll do the same again this week ie record both classes earlier in the day rather than log in for 6.30pm.  So if you’d like to join either/both Zoom classes, please email me to let me know, transfer the £5 online to my account and I’ll send you the recorded link & passcode.

I’ll go back to 6.30pm live classes again but it may be that you prefer a pre-recorded class that you can do when suits you – let me know your preference.

I’ve mentioned A Vogel website before ie that there are recipes & articles etc on there but thought I’d remind you and you can have a look at any updated articles etc.

There’s an article on there about ‘How to keep your muscles in good condition’ which you’ll find interesting.

You know how I love to make smoothies?  Well last week I decided to make a smoothie bowl for breakfast one day last week.

In a blender, I added some frozen sliced banana, some coconut milk, berries & some peanut butter.  I poured it into a bowl and topped it with slices of fresh banana, walnuts, desiccated coconut, mulberries & blueberries.  It tasted delicious.

Often if I’m adding banana into a smoothie, I’ll only use half of it and I’ll slice up the other half and put it in a zip lock bag in the freezer then use at a later date for smoothie bowls or vegan ice cream.

Sorry it’s such a wee short newsletter this week but it’ll balance up those once that I’ve sent out recently that were quite lengthy! Ha 🤪

It’s just to keep in touch with you and give you the info about the wee change to our Zoom classes.

I loved all of our classes last week and know that you did too, thank you.

I have to say that it was ‘a bit breezy’ during our Wednesday & Friday morning classes last week and that a couple of times, when the wind got up, our light jackets were flying across the Padel Court, ha.  We’ll need to weight those down!

Those classes were bright and breezy and fun too and as challenging as we wanted to make them with easier/harder options as always.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Let me know how you’re doing and keep in touch/keep me updated thanks 😊
