As you know, it’s the last week of our classes and I look forward to seeing you and working out with you this week.

We then start back on Wednesday 4 January onwards.

Our Tuesday fitness Pilates class won’t start until 10 Jan.


Again, if you’re a ‘Tuesday and an evening person’, you’re very welcome to come to any other class that first week of Jan incl Thurs 5 Jan at 7pm for fitness yoga/Pilates instead to kick start our fitness.


Thank you again for all the lovely positive comments about our classes and a lot of you saying that our candlelight classes are very relaxing and just what we need at this time of year.

Remember to bring your candles, a fleecey top, warm socks etc to keep cozy.

When we were in Sainsbury’s supermarket, Longstone at the weekend, I saw a big Mission Christmas Cash For Kids box (organised by Forth 1 + 2 I think) where anyone can donate gifts for various ages 0-18 years.  Again, they’re looking for new unwrapped gifts and ideas are:

Sensory toys, books, building blocks, dolls, cars, puzzles, colouring books, crayons, jigsaws, lego, pencil cases, board games, hat, scarves, gloves, blankets, PJs, stationery, make up, hairdryers, speakers, watches.

Probably other supermarkets are doing the same thing.


Just to let you know that I probably won’t send out a newsletter on 19 or 26 Dec – I’ll leave you in peace to relax and enjoy the festivities, see family, friends but I wish you all a very relaxing, stress-free and merry Christmas.


I also hope that you have a very happy, healthy and fit new year, filled with lots of exciting possibilities.

Don’t worry: we’ll keep challenging ourselves in class to keep ourselves fit and active!
