Health & Lifestyle
I hope you’re managing to steer clear of any winter viruses and are excited about ‘the big day’. I’ve not been as lucky and since finishing up on Fri 14/12, came down with either the NoroVirus or something similar. I had plans to do lots this last week, studying, getting super-organised etc but instead, spent 5 days in bed not able to do much, no appetite and even lost weight too! I have been taking my Manuka honey though to ease my sore throat and used a Napiers Elderberry and Echinacea throat spray which helped. I know that some have ended up in hospital with symptoms of the virus so I suppose I was lucky that it didn’t strike me till I was off. I’m still not 100% but looking forward to being fully recovered soon. Stay well and healthy.

It’s the Holiday Season…. Don’t forget to set your scales back 10 lbs at midnight tonight!
