just a short end-of-year, pre Christmas Newsletter but
if you want to get fit, toned and look great in 2015
then join us in our fun, effective classes from 6/1/15 onwards

Our classes start back from Tuesday 6 January.
It’s advisable to book your place in our 7.30pm Tuesday/Thursday
New Year, New You Fitness Pilates classes.

Wed & Fri 9.30am classes are drop in, no need to book only £5 each.
Classes will help you improve posture, balance, strength + flexibility, reduce stress and boost ‘feel good’ hormones.
Yoga Stretch

All level classes for men and women (except pregnancy)

£30 for a 6 week block (secures your place) or £5 pay as you go classes
Commit to working out with us to achieve your New Year health + fitness goals


I hope that if you went to Swanston Golf Club last Wednesday for our fitness pre-Christmas lunch, that you enjoyed it. I hope that the food was good and that you all had a great time. The views are so peaceful and lovely from up there. Let me know how you got on, what you had etc. I’m sorry I couldn’t make it but look forward to lunch with you in January.
