Complementary Fitness News 22 Feb

Well, last week was a wee bit stressful coz, as you’ll know, my laptop was/is off being fixed.  Luckily my son brought over his iMac Desktop for me to borrow in the meantime, however, I couldn’t download the software for my external webcam so I ended up using my iPhone for all recorded & live Zoom classes last week.

You know what? it worked out well … phew so its good to know that I’ve got that option if my laptop takes longer to fix or it happen ...

Complementary Fitness News 15 Feb

Just to let you know that after teaching my Fitness yoga class last Friday, my laptop suddenly started playing up big time!!! 😩🤬

It had been slow for a day or two but on Fri afternoon, I had to take it – & leave it – to PC World to fix.
Unfortunately due to COVID, you can’t get in & they’re not fixing laptops in store.
it had to be ‘sent away’ & i wont get it back until Tue 23/2.

It’s great to have so many of you joining our classes on Zoom – either live or the recorded classes which you can do when suits you.

I really miss being together when we could exercise together indoors in our church halls (that seems a very long time ago, almost a year to the day) then outdoors in the fresh air at Paties Road and undercover at Thistle Padel ...
