I was reading an article in Sept’s issue of Healthy mag about community fitness classes in local church halls and found it really interesting.
might/might not know that I’ve been teaching fitness classes (in Colinton
particularly) for over 25+ years now and for maybe 18/20 years in Craiglockhart
church hall (I can’t remember exactly!)
article talked about local community spaces eg church halls being low-tech and
low-glam, about the fact that there are no showers, no smoothie bars/cafes and
no workout clothing/footwear ...

schools are returning this week after the summer holidays and I look forward to
