It was great to welcome and to see so many ‘regulars’ and new people in our classes last week. How did you get on? Did you feel sore after being off for 3 weeks? Did you enjoy the classes? I’d like to know – feedback would be great, thanks.
COMPLEMENTARY FITNESS CLASSES
TUESDAYS 7.30 pm – FITNESS PILATES
Craiglockhart Parish Church Hall, Craiglockhart Drive North, Edinburgh – 8 Jan – 12 Feb.
Functional, active, strength, effective, fun and friendly classes. 6 weeks £39 or £8 PAYG.
The following are in Dreghorn Loan Church Hall, Dreghorn Loan, Colinton, Edinburgh -
WEDNESDAYS 9.30 am – BODY CONDITIONING WORKOUT
Drop in, no need to book, turn up, join us and work out. Bring a mat, resistance band, hand held weights and some water. Cost only £5.
THURSDAYS 7pm & 8pm – FITNESS PILATES
Functional, active, strength, effective, fun and friendly 6 week block of classes from 10 Jan-14 Feb – £39 for 6 weeks or £8 PAYG per class.
FRIDAYS 9.30 am – STRICTLY FITNESS SALSA
Drop in, no need to book, turn up, join us and salsa, shimmey and shake. Bring some water. Cost only £5.

Something to think about …

Thank you also for your advice on diet, relaxation and exercise – I shall certainly follow it as much as I can.
