Happy New Year

No classes on this week but we return from 9 January for new Fitness Pilates, Fitness Yoga & resistance/weights classes in Craiglockhart & Colinton, Edinburgh and can’t wait to work out with you then.

We’ll work on getting results in our all level effective classes for men and women (except pregnancy) to help you improve your fitness, strength, stamina, core, posture and flexibility

Did you know that
I want to wish you and your family a very Happy New Year and hope that 2018 will be the best, full of great opportunities, fun, laughter, fitness, the best health-wise and every best wish that you could wish for yourself. I hope that you had a very merry and relaxed Christmas and that you’re enjoying the festivities and holidays.

I’m sure this break will recharge, refresh and renew me and I’ll be ready to help you get back to fitness.

I’m actually on a full day First Aid course next Monday and it’s good to be reminded of what to do if ever ‘called upon’. Touch wood: I’ve only ever had to help when someone felt faint/light headed and I certainly don’t want to tempt fate but always good to learn and keep updated.

Good to remember: when your body is hungry, it wants nutrients, not calories. Eat well.

It’s never too early or too late to work towards being the healthiest you.
