Fitness Classes promote health, increase energy levels, build muscular strength, improve flexibility, co-ordination, balance and aid relaxation. All classes are for men and women of all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced - however, please note that Fitness Pilates is not suitable for pregnant ladies. All classes are to music, are an hour in length and are a fun and effective way to increasing your fitness levels. Click on Contact if you would like to book a class or if you have any questions or want to get in touch. Comments will give you an idea of what class participants think about the classes. Beginners are always made welcome to all classes. Click on the About Susan page to find out what courses/workshops I have attended, which ones I'm currently studying for/hoping to gain further qualifications from and which courses and workshops are up and coming for me. These courses will keep both myself and YOU updated in current and new innovative fitness ideas and thinking.
