Do you need to shift some weight, feel tense and unfit and want to tone up and strengthen your body? -     even if you're a seasoned exerciser looking to kick-start your fitness, or are new to exercise, then come and join us in these safe, effective classes.    Morning classes are drop-in, PAYG, no need to book and it's best to book up for a block of Tue/Thurs evening Pilates classes - see below..

Fitness Pilates 2012 Class   

 

Our current 6 week block of All Level Functional & Active Fitness Pilates classes are on now till Tuesday 14 Feb 2012 - book your place or turn up and PAYG in class NOW.   6 week block only £39/£8 per class.

 

If you can't make it to each class in a 6 week block, you may want to attend when you can and PAYG at £8 per class.  Dropping in also gives you a chance to 'try the class' before committing to a whole block too.

(Note: if you book and pay for a place in the Tuesday class and one of the Thursday evening classes in the same block, you get a discount: pay only £72 for all 12 classes).

 

This all level class is suitable for men and women (not pregnant ladies).  

These are active (not static/not all mat work) classes: working 3D ie in 3 planes of movement.  

If you're new, please fill out a Fitness Pilates Health Screening Form and Lifestyle Questionnaire and bring these to the class (download from this website).

Fitness Bootcamp Workout

 

Our current Fitness Bootcamp workouts are on Wednesdays at 9.30 am. 

You'll be doing traditional fat-burning and muscle-building exercises combined with plyometrics (powerful, explosive moves) so bring loads of energy and a mat, expect to work hard, speed up your metabolism and get fitter in this class. 

This is a drop-in/PAYG class at only £5 per class for all.

Our new Friday morning Fitness Salsa classes are on at 9.30 am  - come and join us for some fun.

 

There's no need to book, PAYG at only £5 per class for all.   

Come to class by 9.25 am and get ready to move your hips, shimmy shoulders and enjoy yourself in class.
