want to attend when you can and PAYG at £8 per class.
Dropping in also gives you a chance to 'try the class'

if you book and pay for a place in the Tuesday class and one of the

all level class is suitable for men and women (not pregnant
ladies).
These
are active (not static/not all mat work) classes: working 3D ie
in 3 planes of movement.

you're new, please fill out a Fitness Pilates Health
Screening Form and Lifestyle Questionnaire and bring these to the
class (download from this website).

Fitness Bootcamp Workout
Our
current Fitness Bootcamp workouts are on Wednesdays at 9.30 am.
You'll
be doing traditional fat-burning and muscle-building exercises
combined with plyometrics (powerful, explosive moves) so bring
loads of energy and a mat, expect to work hard, speed up your metabolism and
get fitter in this class.
This
is a drop-in/PAYG class at only £5 per class for all.
