TUESDAY 7.30 - 8.30 pm Fitness Pilates Class Functional beginner/intermediate level class
Current 6 week block stared 23 February and you can register now for a place in this class by emailing me (click on Contact above), "Craiglockhart Pilates" in heading - cost £36 for 6 weeks or PAYG £8 per class. This class is suitable for men and women (not pregnant ladies) so register, come along and join us.

WEDNESDAYS 9.30 - 10.30 am 3D Functional Resistance Band and Weights Workout
This class is a 3D (3 Dimensional) Fitness Workout using Resistance Bands and hand held weights - check out details on the 'Resistance band/weights workout' heading at the top of the page for more info. Bring your resistance band/s and set (s) of hand held weights. If you click on Class Description link and scroll down once on that page, you'll read more info about this class there.
This is a Pay As You Go class at only £5 per class (65+ pay £4) Come to class by 9.25 am, pay and be ready to start working out at 9.30 am.

2 classes 7pm (full) and 8pm (places available) Current 6 week block 25 February - 1 April so book up NOW to reserve your place.
The 7pm class block is already fully booked up/full (places are always reserved for 'regulars' first) but if you have booked for this class and decide you can't take up the whole block, please let me know ASAP as new people on the Waiting List may want that place, thanks. There are places available for the 8pm class - please encourage friends, neighbours, colleagues to join us - men as well as women are very welcome to attend.

Just come along on a Friday morning, there's no need to book, they're Pay As You Go Classes and are only £5 per class (65+ pay £4). Come to class by 9.25 am, pay and be ready to start dancing and wiggling at 9.30 am.
Fri 26 February was a "Strictly Salsa Fitness" class - we wore something red for British Heart Foundation's National Wear Red Day). Thanks to everyone who took part in and donated to BHF.
