TUESDAY 7.30 - 8.30 pm Fitness Pilates Class
The Summer 6 week block of classes is on from on 20 July - 24 Aug.
There's still time to register for a place in this Summer block - cost £36 for 6 weeks or PAYG £8 per class if you can only attend a few classes. This class is suitable for men and women (not pregnant ladies) and is aimed at a functional beginner to intermediate level so come and join us over the summer.
Please fill out a Fitness Pilates Health Screening Form and Lifestyle Questionnaire and bring these to the class. WEDNESDAYS 9.30 - 10.30 am Bootcamp Workout (no equipment and no circuit stations, just your own body weight)
6 weeks from 21 July - 25 August but note that we'll be in a different venue for the summer: we're in Craiglockhart Parish Church (Large) Hall - address as above. Come to class by 9.25 am, pay and be ready to start working out at 9.30 am.
In this Bootcamp Workout, we won't be using Resistance Bands, hand held weights or Gliding Discs - just using your own body weight. We won't be working out and moving around different 'stations' as in the past - we will be working out all together though.

Our Friday morning workout is on for 6 weeks from 23 July - 27 August in Craiglockhart Parish Church (Large) Hall - address as above. Come along on a Friday morning, no need to book, PAYG at only £5 per class (65+ pay £4).
Come to class by 9.25 am, pay and be ready to start working out and enjoying yourself in class.

Our Summer Pilates 6 week block is on from 22 July - 26 August in Dreghorn Loan Hall. Please note that the Summer Pilates block is ONE combined class at 7.30 (not 2 classes) - class now full.
If you have booked up for this block then decide you can't take up the whole block, please let me know ASAP as some people may want to drop in on a PAYG basis if space allows. These classes are for men as well as women n our Fitness Pilates Sessions.
