Beginner’s/Level
2 Fitness Pilates Class
The current 6 week
block started on Tue 23 February -
there’s still time to book up. This class is
suitable for men and women (not pregnant ladies).

Bring hand held weights and Resistance Band if you have them.
Pay As You Go class at £5 (65+ pay £4) so join us, enjoy and

Pilates Video session update As part of my ongoing Level 3 Fitness
Pilates Training Course, I’ve got someone coming along to video me
teaching a 60 minute class on Tue 2 March (and 9 March) then I’ll send
off one of the videos along with my Portfolio etc to be
marked/evaluated. Thanks
again to everyone for taking part and helping me out. Please remember
to keep me updated with your health issues (ie
whether your on medication, what it’s for, if you’ve had recent
injuries etc).
When you attend your first class, you’re asked you to fill out
a Health Screening Form – this is the one to be updated when
necessary. You can ask me
for your form, and if you need to add anything, please write any
